New Delhi, Apr 04: The Supreme Court on Wednesday dismissed all the five petitions, seeking CBI
investigation and other reliefs, after finding no merit in their pleas, in the
alleged CBSE paper leak scam case.
A two-judge bench of the apex court, headed by Justice SA
Bobde and also comprising Justice L Nageswar Rao, dismissed all the five
petitions, after not finding any merit in them.
Three of the petitioners, out of a total of five, were Rohan Mathew, Reepak Kansal and Alakh Alok Srivastava. UNI
