BANDIPORA, APRIL 11: District Development Commissioner (DDC) Bandipora
Khursheed Ahmad Sanai along with a team of officers today visited Ahm-e-Sharief
Shrine to review the arrangements put in place in view of Shab-e-Me’raj.
The DDC enjoined upon the officers to ensure every
kind of facility including security, sanitation, drinking water, power supply,
essential commodities, health care at the venue so that the devotees will not
face any inconvenience. He also directed for identifying parking spots and
streamlining of traffic regulation. DDC stressed for keeping one ambulance
equipped with medicines, one water tanker, one fire tender and a gen set
available at the shrine during the holy days and following Friday.
