BUDGAM, APRIL 05: District Development Commissioner Budgam, Mohammad
Harun Malik today convened a meeting to review preparations for the smooth
conduct of examinations to be conducted by Service Selection Board (SSB).
SSP Budgam, Chief Education Officer, ZEOs and other
concerned attended the meeting.
The DDC stressed on ensuring the free and fair
conduct of written exams of various posts including Naib Tehsildar starting
from April 21.
He directed all the school heads to ensure a
conducive environment for the candidates with proper seating arrangements and
other facilities.
He said that the entire examination process would
be video-graphed by the concerned agency to ensure transparency.
The DDC urged SSP Budgam to ensure proper
arrangements of security around the examination centres.
He warned of stringent action against invigilators
found indulging in unfair means including immediate suspension of a government
employee and de-recognition of private school for any misconduct.
The DDC directed a team of magistrates and police
protection for centre to ensuring delivery of exam material at least two hours
before the conduct of exam and its delivery back to the JKSSB office in
Srinagar after the exams conclude.
