RAMBAN, APRIL 05: To review physical and financial achievements of
the previous financial year 2017-18 and
to discuss proposed district plan for the financial year 2018-19 including new
initiatives for ensuing District Development Board (DDB) meeting, District
Development Commissioner Tariq Hussain Ganai convened pre-DDB meeting of
district officers, here today.
In the meeting, all district heads apprised the DDC
about the physical and financial progress made in the previous financial year
and new proposals as per guidelines issued in previous DDB meetings and
initiatives to be taken up in the DDB meeting for discussion
DDC directed the officers for timely submission of
data related to various plans and schemes so that it can be reflected during
proceedings of DDB meeting. He further asked them to submit entire plan with
photographs to highlight major achievements of respective sectors.
Besides this, overall preparations and preparedness
for smooth conduct of DDB meeting were also discussed threadbare with the
officers.
ACR, Vevaik Puri, CPO, Uttam Singh, Executive
Engineers of PWD, PDD and PHE, DFOs, CMO, CHO, CEO, and other district officers
attended the meeting.
