New Delhi, Apr 19: A Delhi Police personnel
shot himself using his service handgun while on duty on Thursday morning here.
According to police sources, an Assistant Sub-Inspector who was on duty in the
PCR van at the Bhalaswa Dairy area shot himself using his service revolver or
pistol this morning and was rushed to the hospital.
He is said to be in a critical condition and was battling for life.
However, the reason so as to why he resorted to such an extreme step is yet to be known. UNI
