DG Prisons accords sanction to grant of in-situ promotion

          JAMMU, APRIL 05:  Director General of Police, Prisons, Dilbag Singh today accorded sanction to the grant of in-situ promotion in favour of 12 officials of the department.

          The Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) cleared their cases for placement in the next higher grade in a meeting held under the Chairmanship of DGP Prisons, here today.

      While extending his greetings to the promoted employees, Director General, Prisons said that Prisons department endeavours to provide promotion avenues to deserving and eligible officials to boost their morale for efficient functioning.
