Dy CM pays tributes to Dr Ambedkar

JAMMU, APRIL 13: Deputy Chief Minister, Dr. Nirmal Singh has paid glowing tributes to Dr. B. R. Ambedkar on his birth anniversary.

In a message, the Deputy Chief Minister recalled that Dr. Ambedkar, an erudite scholar and outstanding legal luminary, had made valuable contribution to the framing of the Indian Constitution. He also remembered Dr. Ambedkar’s contribution in uplift of the needy, downtrodden and weaker sections of the society.
