Ruling PDP activist shot at, wounded by gunmen in Kashmir

Srinagar, Apr 25 An activist of the ruling People's Democratic Party (PDP) was shot at and wounded by unidentified gunmen in south Kashmir district of Pulwama on Wednesday afternoon, official sources said.
They said gunmen fired upon Ghulam Nabi Patel from very close range at Muran Chowk, Pulwama. The injured was rushed to the local hospital, from where he was referred to Srinagar in a critical condition.
Security forces and state police have also launched to a search operation to nab the gunmen, they said.UNI
