RAJOURI, MAY 09: Over 405 services pertaining to different
departments were provided to locals at an impressive camp organised by
Sub-Divisional Administration Kalakote today at far off area of Kalka Mathyani.
A team of officers headed by Additional Deputy
Commissioner Khalid Hussain attended the camp organised as part of outreach
programme launched by District Development Commissioner Dr Shahid Iqbal
Choudhary to provide services of different departments enlisted under Public
Service Guarantee Act at the doorsteps of public especially marginalised
sections of society.
In the camp attended by over 600 people of Kalka
Mathyani and adjoining villages, officers of Revenue, Social Welfare, Health
and Family Welfare, Agriculture and Horticulture departments attended the
public. Apart from providing on spot services to the public, the officers made
them aware about various developmental and welfare schemes being implemented by
their respective departments and called upon them to avail the benefits
entailed under these central and state government schemes.
The services provided included 60 Affidavit
attestations, 30 Income Certificates, 80 Revenue Extracts (Girdawaris and
Jamabandis), 15 Character Certificates, 70 Birth and 20 Death Certificates, 60
Pension cases in addition to 45 KCC cases and 25 Horticulture plots.
