FCS&CA director reviews arrangements for Ramzan

JAMMU, MAY 09: Director, Food Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Jammu R.A. Inqalabi today chaired a meeting to discuss the arrangements for the Holy month of Ramzan here at a meeting of senior functionaries of the department.  

The meeting was attended by Pawan Sharma, Joint Director, FCS&CA, Department, Vinod Singh Sambyal Joint Controller, Legal Metrology Department, Joginder Singh Jasrotia, Deputy Director (Supplies), M. I. Zarger, Deputy Director (P&S), Kulraj Singh, Deputy Director (Food & Rationing) and Assistant Directors, FCS&CA Department, Jammu.

The officers were directed to intensify market checking to ensure that no business establishment indulge in overcharging or any other unfair trade practices. They were also directed to ensure that adequate stocks of edibles especially Mutton & Chicken are available in the market.
