Muzaffarnagar, Jun 19 : Two people were injured in a clash between two groups following a dispute over an irrigation channel in Uttar Pradesh's Dansri village, police said today.
The incident took place last evening after one of the groups protested over the channel being dug through their fields, Station House Officer (SHO), Kakroli, Jitendra Ambawat said.
The injured persons were admitted to a hospital here and the matter is being investigated, the official said.PTI
