ANANTNAG, JUNE 2: District
Development Commissioner Anantnag, Mohammad Younis Malik today convened a
meeting of the officers of FSC&CA and Revenue to take stock of the
arrangements put in place for the supply of extra quota of 1 KG sugar to the
consumers.
This follows the
directions of the Hon’ble Chief Minister, J&K, made on the eve of the Holy
month of Ramadan. The DDC instructed the AD FCS&CA to ensure smooth
distribution of 01 Kg sugar to all families of the district including APL &
BPL. He further directed the officers including the SDMs, Tehsildars, and TSOs
concerned to monitor the smooth distribution of additional quota of sugar on
the daily basis so that benefit reaches to all.
The meeting was
also attended by all the SDMs, Tehsildars, Naib Tehsildars and TSO of
FCS&CA of the district.
