SRINAGAR,

in the year 2004-05, two (02) posts of Rehbar-e-Taleem were advertised for
Mehdi-Colony in Ward No.04 of Budgam Town. Applications were submitted by the

conspiracy hatched with the Chief Education Officer Budgam / MC Budgam and

conspiracy with the then CEO Budgam Mohammed Rafi, the other officials of
CEO Budgam and MC Budgam have abused their official position by impersonation,
cheating and fraud thereby managed selection/ engagement as ReT under SSA
Scheme for Primary School Mehdi-Colony in the year 2005.
