JAMMU, JULY 17: Chenab Valley
Power Projects (CVPP) today organized a Blood Donation Camp in collaboration
with Blood Transfusion Department, GMC, Jammu and Indian Red Cross Society.
The Camp was
inaugurated by General Manager, D.K. Razdan, where around 20 officers/staff
members of CVPP made voluntary donation.
The General Manager
appreciated the efforts put in by IRCS, Jammu Region and Blood Transfusion
Department, GMC, Jammu for organization of Blood Donation Camp successfully and
assured that the agency will arrange more such Blood Donation Camps for Saving
the Precious Human Lives.
Dr Ranbushan Singh, Sr. Anaesthetist Consultant of Red Cross
and Dinesh Gupta, Hony Secretary, Indian Red Cross Society
also addressed the Donors and clarified their doubts, importance of Blood
donation, its periodicity, effects/benefits on the health of the donor and above
all the noble cause of saving precious human lives.
