Rajouri adm provides relief assistance to bear attack victim

RAJOURI, JULY 13: The District Administration Rajouri today provided immediate relief assistance to a victim of bear attack.

One Abdul Hussain S/o Farangi Hussain R/o Kandra, Targain was attacked by bear in Neeli Dhoke in Budhal. He was severely injured in the attack with his face ruptured.

 ADC Koteranka Shafiq Ahmed supervised the rescue of the victim from highland pastures.  After getting first aid at Samote, victim was shifted to District Hospital Rajouri for further treatment.

Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Aijaz Asad immediately sanctioned Rs 10000 as relief assistance for victim and deputed ACR A Q Mir to hand over cheque to the victim. He also directed the Wildlife Department for processing the relief case under norms.
