SRINAGAR, JULY 11: A farewell party was held today at Civil Secretariat
here to accord a warm send-off to Under Secretaries Fayaz Ahmad Khan, Manzoor
Ahmad, and Rajni Bhat on their superannuation.
On the occasion, more than 50 Under Secretaries of Civil
Secretariat (Gazetted Service-I) promotes and other officials participated in
the function.
Officials present hailed the services rendered by the
retirees and wished them a joyful post-retirement life.
