Jammu, Aug 13: A program was organised
at Govt. Primary school Pakka Talab, Bahu, zone Gandhi Nagar.
The school uniforms were provided to all the the students
studying in the school. Former Dy. CM and MLA Gandhi Nagar, Kavinder Gupta was
the Chief Guest of the function. Others who accompanied Former Dy. CM were
Rajeev Charak, Ankush Gupta, Anuradha Charak, Vivek Patyal, Nayan Gupta, Dalbir
Singh
Speaking on
the occasion Kavinder Gupta said that Government is fully committed to provide
free education to all the sections of the society. He promised that he will be
available round the clock for the betterment of the young generation. He said teachers should adapt new learning methods to make them
competent enough, so that they can play a big role in their future for the
development of themselves, family and the nation as well.
Speaking on the occasion, Gupta said that in today’s world, a teacher’s
role is quite multifaceted. The teachers should spread awareness
among the students about all the schemes launched by the Government for the
Betterment of the students.
On the demand of school administration for provision of ceiling fans and
desks, Gupta assured them that he would take up the matter with concerned
authorities and NGOs, so that necessary action could be taken up in this
regard. School administration also brought the HT line which is passing over
the school building and un-manned transformer outside school gate.
Gupta immediately called the PDD X-En to take necessary action at the
earliest to avoid any eventuality.
The staff thanked Former Dy. CM and MLA Gandhi Nagar for immediate action.
