Sept 5: Infusing the adrenaline rush into ground level BJP activists
just ahead of Urban Local Bodies (ULB) elections, District Jammu West held a
Karyakarta Sammelan addressed by senior BJP leaders on Wednesday at Baby Caterers, Rehari, Jammu.
The Sammelan
was especially graced with the presence of BJP State President Ravinder Raina
(MLA), MP (Lok Sabha) Jugal Kishore Sharma and Former Minister & MLA Jammu
West Sat Sharma. State Vice-President Parmod Kapahi, State Secretary &
Prabhari Jammu West Parduman Singh, Mahila Morcha State President
Rajni Sethi and District President Jammu West Ayodhya Gupta.
Ravinder
Raina, while addressing the activists, termed this Karyakarta Sammelan as
interactive and discussion session to discuss for strengthening the base of
organization. He said that the BJP is holding these programmes in every
constituency. He said that the BJP is a party of ideology, which never
compromises on its principles. He prompted all the party activists to raise the
issues of public and personal concerns in this sammelan.
Raina
focussed on the "Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas" while interacting with the
karyakartas. He said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi ji is working for the
welfare of the masses. He also promoted discussion on Panchayat and ULB elections
during the sessions. He also said that that we must always bear in mind the
basic principle of "Booth Jeeto, Chunaav Jeeto", while reaching out
to the ground. Elated with the enthusiasm shown by the party activists, Raina
claimed that the BJP is going to sweep the ULB elections.
Jugal Kishore
Sharma, in his address, applauded the positive works done by party leaders at
the ward and booth level. He said that we don't have any time to sit back and
relax in this high time. He said that we must hasten the pace of development
work in the society. He said that we must focus on the development works done
as well as Centrally sponsored schemes for the benefit of general masses.
Sat Sharma,
while addressing the gathering, said that it is extremely necessary to continuously
interact with the party activists. He said that as an elected representative,
he is working tirelessly for the upgradation of facilities in the constituency.
He expressed confidence that BJP will secure good number of seats in
approaching ULB elections. We are a family and must support each other in the
elections, he added.
Ayodhya
Gupta, earlier welcomed all the senior leaders of the party in the sammelan and
said that this is the unique platform for every ground level karyakarta to
raise their concerns and learn through their vast experiences.
Earlier in
the programme, there was a brief introductory session between all the
functionaries of the party. During the sessions, Activists shared all the
issues of public and private concern in front of senior leaders.

Sharma, Sanjay Baru, Veenu Khanna, Chander Mohan Gupta, Munish Sharma,
Jaidev Rajwal, Arvind Gupta, Sanjay Khanna, Dr. Pardeep Mahotra, Arun
Chibber, Surinder Choudhary, Deepak Gupta, Subhash Jandial, Sakina Bano,
Usha Choudhary, Dinesh Mahajan, Parneesh Mahajan, Bawa Sharma, Ajay Vaid,
Abhishek Slathia, Karan sharma, Surinder Sharma, Veena Gupta,
Jeet Angral, Rajkumar Bhagat, Ashok Gandhi and others were among the
prominent BJP leaders present in the Sammelan.
