SHOPIAN,
SEPTEMBER 09: District Information Centre Shopian organised Seminar in
collaboration with Azad Cultural Sangam Shopian today at Al-Mustafa Educational
Trust Mashwara Shopian in which students of class 4th-8th participated.
The theme of the
seminar was ‘Importance of Education”. The programme was attended by District
Information Officer Showkat Ahmad Khan, Principal Al Mustafa Educational Trust,
Members of Azad Cultural Sangam Shopian, Staff and children of the school.
The speakers at the
seminar highlighted the role of Education in the lives of people. They said
that getting a proper education is very necessary to get success and happy life
just like food is necessary for the healthy body. The speakers further
elaborated that education helps a person to improve his/her status of mind,
body, and spirit by instilling confidence.
Prizes were distributed among the best speakers.
