JAMMU, SEPTEMBER
08: Government Polytechnic Jammu has bagged the
“Outstanding Institution Award” from National Institute of Technical Teachers
Training and Research (NITTTR), Chandigarh.
The award is given
by NITTTR every year to the Polytechnic and Engineering
institutions of northern region States of J&K, Punjab, H.P, Haryana,
Rajasthan, U.P, Uttrakhand, Delhi and Chandigarh on the basis of performance
during the year.
Principal of the
Government Polytechnic Er Arun Bangotra, received the award from
Dr. Anil D Sahasarbudha, Chairman All India Council for Technical Education
(AICTE) on 51st Annual Day function of NITTTR. He appreciated the efforts
of Government Polytechnic Jammu in providing quality education in J&K state
The Principal was accompanied by K S Bhatia, HOD Mechanical.

K Talwar, Chairman Board of Governors NITTTR and Dr. S S Patnaik Director
NITTTR present at the function also congratulated Government Polytechnic Jammu
for its excellent performance during the year.
Meanwhile, Mohammad
Javed Khan, Secretary to Government Technical Education Department and Director
Technical Education, Anoo Malhotra have congratulated the Principal and
staff of Jammu polytechnic on its exponential growth in imparting quality
education and receiving the Outstanding Polytechnic Award in the North India.
