KARGIL, OCTOBER 03: The second
randomization of the poll staff was held at National Informatics Centre (NIC),
Kargil here today for the ensuing municipal elections in presence of Observer
Sagar Singh and District Election Officer and CEO, LAHDC, Kargil, Vikas Kundal.
The Deputy District Election Officer, Kargil, Nargis Banoo, Nodal
Officer, and other concerned were also present on the occasion.
