Application
begins at Directorate of RD
JAMMU,
MAY 24: A two-day training programme regarding the
operating of Panchayat Enterprise Suite (PES) Application organized by
Regional Extension Training Centre (RETC), R. S. Pura started here
today at Directorate of Rural Development.
The
programme was inaugurated by Director Rural Development Jammu Ravinder Kumar
Bhat and it will continue for two days.
The
training is being imparted to the CIC Operators working in various districts of
Jammu Division.
The
main focus of training is to get familiar with the Modules of PES applications
including Plan Plus, Local Government Directory updation, Updation of Priya
soft, Service Plus, ActionSoft, Area Profiler, National Panchayat Portal,
National Asset Directory, Social Audit and Meeting Management, Training
Management Portal and Audit online.
While
highlighting the objectives of the training programme, Director, Rural
Development stressed upon the trainee to implement the PES in letter and
spirit. He asked the participant to upload the Gram Panchayat Development plan
(GPDP) on the plan plus module of the PES Portal as the Ministry of Panchayati
Raj (MoPR) has under taken e-Panchayat on mission mode project (e-Panchayat
MMP) with a view to introduce and strengthen e-governance in Panchayat Raj Institutions
(PRIs) across the country and build associated capacities of the PRIs for the
effective adoption of the e-governance initiatives.
Assistant
Commissioners Development, Jammu and Udhampur M. L. Tasirand NoorAlam,
Principal, RETC, Sanchi Misra BDO(HQ) Ravdeep Kour and Master trainers
were also present on the occasion.
