SRINAGAR, MAY 30: Governor N.N. Vohra has expressed
grief on the passing away of Dr. Ramakant Dubey, Chief Patron, State VHP, and
founder member of Buda Amarnath, Baba Amarnath Yatri Niyas.
In a
message the Governor has prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul and
wished his family the strength to bear this sad loss.
