SRINAGAR, MAY 30: Governor N.N. Vohra has expressed
grief on the tragic death of Ashish Dahiya, an IAS officer of the 2016 batch of
the J&K cadre, who was to report at the State Institute of Training tomorrow.
In a
message the Governor has prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul and
wished his family the strength to bear this sad loss.
