New Delhi, Aug 14 : Delhi police today arrested one assailant, who stabbed a 25-year-old with two others inside a crowded West Gate Mall in Rajouri Garden. The youth identified as Sajjan, a resident of Moti Bagh, was stabbed half-a-dozen times and left in a pool of blood. A senior police official said, "We have arrested one, but two others are absconding." Two teenagers and another in his early 20, stabbed Sajjan to death last evening at around 1900 hrs. People present at the mall admitted Sajjan to Guru Gobind Singh Hospital, where he succumbed, due to excessive blood loss as the accused had stabbed him thrice in the heart, leading to a puncture in the vital organ, police said. The incident was caught on CCTV and the attackers have been spotted in the video. Further investigations are on. UNI
