| Pays condolences to bereaved family |
QAZIGUND (KULGAM), AUGUST 30: Minister
for Rural Development Panchayati Raj, Law and Justice, Abdul Haq, on
Wednesday visited the family of slain police officer Abdul Rashid at Qazigund, who
killed in Mehndi Kadal, Anantnag on Monday.
The Minister was accompanied by Member Parliament Nazir Ahmad Laway, DC
Kulgam Talat Parvez, SP Kulgam Shridhar Patel and other senior
officers of the district.
The Minister paid condolences to the bereaved family and offered Fateah
for the departed soul. The Minister also met slain police officer's sons and
assured them of every possible support from the state government.
