Amrita to train civil service aspirants

Thiruvananthapuram, Aug 25: Amrita Civil Service Academy has launched its ‘Future Proof’ initiative, which is aimed at improving communication skills and increasing the chance of success of college students in the UPSC Civil Service examination. Amrita’s Future Proof lays a unique pathway to global competence. Besides an emphasis on communication and the English language, the initiative also stresses essential topics like geography, history, polity and science and technology. The two-pronged approach would impart both general skills and prepare students for competitive examinations. The course will be held at the Academy in Cotton Hill, Vazhuthacaud, on Sundays from 1000-1300 hrs. Classes will be handled by experts from various fields. UNI
