Srinagar, Aug 1:  The Kashmir University (KU) has postponed all the examinations scheduled to be held tomorrow, when a strike call has been given by separatists against the killing of Lashker-e-Toiba (LeT) Chief Commander Abu Dujana in an encounter and a civilian in clashes in Pulwama.
A KU official said all examinations scheduled for tomorrow have been postponed in the wake of concerns raised by students with regards to availability of transportation following a strike call tomorrow. “Fresh dates for the postponed examinations shall be notified separately, later,” he said.
Meanwhile, all educational institutes, including colleges and colleges, will remain closed in Kashmir valley as a precautionary measure tomorrow in the wake clashes after the killings in Pulwama this morning.
Both the factions of Hurriyat Conference (HC) and Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) today urged people to observe a complete shutdown tomorrow against the killings.
Following clashes, mobile internet services of all cellular companies were suspended across Kashmir valley as a precautionary measure.

Dujana, a resident of Pakistan, and a local militant Arif Lalhari were killed in an encounter in Pulwama, where a youth was killed while seven others were injured when security forces allegedly opened fire and burst teargas shells to disperse demonstrators.UNI
