activity, setting weekly targets of performance for the revenue officials and
submitting the progress reports in this regard to the Revenue Department.

area specific potential for gainful economic activities for youth, Chief
Secretary asked DCs to access these documents and in coordination with
representatives of NABARD, J&KEDI, District Lead Banks and RSETIs, draw up
a list of such economic activities for financial assistance of youth. DCs

Kisan Credit Card, Artisan Credit Card and benefits of other credit linked
schemes reach the targeted groups. They were asked to hold mass outreach programmes
in the districts in cooperation with other concerned agencies.
Regarding
inclusion of chapters on financial education in school syllabus, Chief

school text books and form part of the syllabus from the next academic session.
As a step
forward towards financial inclusion of MGNREGA workers, Chief Secretary asked
DCs and the Banks to ensure linking of all such workers with the Banking system
in the coming weeks.
It was also
decided that DCs will be participating in the next SLBC meeting.
