Dr Ambedkar paved way for country's social upliftment : President

Nagpur, Sept 22: President Ram Nath Kovind today said that the pioneer of Indian Constitution Dr BR Ambedkar laid the foundation for equality and social revolution on the auspicious land of Deekshabhoomi in Nagpur which paved the way for social upliftment of the country and the entire human society. During his day-long visit to Nagpur, the President visited Deekshabhoomi and expressed his feelings in the diary kept there. In his message, Mr Kovind wrote that this auspicious land inspires to follow the path of sacrifice, peace and tranquility and to respect the human values.
