SRINAGAR, SEPTEMBER 11: Chief
Minister, Mehbooba Mufti has condoled the demise of noted literary activist
Muhammad Ahsan Ahsan who passed away yesterday.
In her condolence message, the Chief Minister recalled the vociferous
activism of the deceased for the protection of Kashmiri language and culture. “His
absence from the literary scene would be felt for long”, the
Chief Minister, who is also the President of J&K Academy of Art,
Culture & Languages, said in her statement.
Mehbooba Mufti has conveyed her sympathies with the bereaved family of
late Ahsan.
