Div Com Kashmir directs DCs, HoDs to seek permission to attend meetings in Jammu

SRINAGAR, NOVEMBER 10:  The Divisional Commissioner Kashmir today urged upon all Deputy Commissioners (DCs) and Head of Departments (HoDs) to seek proper permission from Divisional Commissioner himself before proceeding to Jammu to attend any function or meeting

          The DCs, and HoDs were asked to submit the meeting notice in advance for perusal to Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir. Moreover, the Deputy Commissioners were also asked to attend to public grievances on the daily basis. They were also directed to take stock of availability of essential commodities, snow clearances and other issues brought to their notice.

          The DCs, and HoDs were asked to submit timely reports together with other important issues to the office of Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir on weekly basis.
