KUPWARA, NOVEMBER 08: District Development Commissioner
Kupwara, Khalid Jahangir today convened a meeting to review progress on various
ongoing NABARD projects in the district.
The meeting discussed the status of around 45 developmental projects
worth Rs.60.68 crore being executed by different executing agencies.
The DDC directed the concerned executing agencies to expedite the pace
of work to complete the projects well in time and also furnish utilization
certificates. He asked them to submit compliance reports to NABARD and DC office.
During the meeting, the DDC set deadlines for various development
projects and stressed on their completion within the fixed timelines so that
the benefits percolate to the grassroots level.
