Maharashtra, Nov 8: The Anti-Corruption Bureau has arrested four people,
including a police head constable and a talathi with his two associates in two
separate traps, while accepting bribe from complainants on Tuesday. According to officials sources from ACB Jalna, head constable Arjun Pawar(42)
of Sadar Bazar Police station in Jalna was nabbed red-handed while accepting a
bribe of Rs 8,000 from a complainant for not arresting his cousin brother in a
case. In another trap at Sajja Andora in Kalamb taluka in Osmanabad district, talathi
Ashok Rathod and his two private helpers were arrested by ACB on Tuesday
evening when they accepted Rs 1,500 bribe from a complainant for making changes
in land agreement as per his wish. UNI
