PDP to elect its president on Dec 2 at Jammu

Srinagar, Nov 18: The ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) will elect its president on December 2 in the winter capital Jammu.

A PDP spokesperson here on Saturday said the polls to elect the state PDP president will be held on December 2, 2017 at 1100 hrs at Banquet Hall in Jammu. “The election was earlier scheduled on December 1,” he said. He said the election shall be conducted by senior PDP leader Abdul Rehman Veeri as Returning Officer and Fallail Singh will be Election Observer for the election. Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti currently holds the post. UNI
