paid tributes to Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar on his Mahaparinirvan Diwas.

Fondly called as Baba Saheb Ambedkar, he was the framer of the Constitution. The day commemorates his 61st death anniversary and is also observed as Mahaparinirvan Diwas.UNI
