New Delhi, Dec 27: A major mishap was averted when an Indigo flight that took off at the Indira
Gandhi International airport here was aborted after detection of fuel leakage
from it on Wednesday.
An Indigo Airlines flight 6E-945 (DEL-TRV) Delhi to
Thiruvananthapuram, with 173 passengers was waiting for a take off when the
fuel leak took place from its wing.
However, the airport sources have said that the aircraft was brought back before take off due to 'technical snag.'The emergency services were immediately pressed into action to handle the situation. UNI
