Delhi, Dec 18: Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh on Monday said BJP's
"clear victory" in the state elections in Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh
show that the people have endorsed Prime Minister Narendra Modi's programmes
and policies.
"Of course it is," Mr Singh told reporters here
when asked whether election results in Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh were clear
hint about people's endorsement to Mr Modi's performance."We are confident of winning elections in both the states and we will form government(s) with clear majority in both Himachal Pradesh and Gujarat," Mr Singh said.
While BJP would be returning to power in Himachal Pradesh after a gap of five years, with this victory, the saffron party is all set to form government for the sixth consecutive term in Gujarat. UNI
