President leaves for Vijayawada after four-day southern sojourn

Hyderabad, Dec 27: President Ram Nath Kovind left for Vijayawada by a Special Indian Air Force Aircraft here on Wednesdayafter a brief four-day southern sojourn.

During his stay in the city, he had hosted the customary at home at the Rashtrapathi Nilayam in Secunderabad cantonment area which was attended by two Telugu states (Telangana and AP) Governor E.S.L.Narasimhan, Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, several of his Ministerial colleagues, legislators and top bureaucrats.
After fulfilling his engagements in Vijayawada, Mr.Kovind will return to Delhi later in the day. UNI
