Mysuru, Jan 10: Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Wednesday said that 23 point programme of BJP National President Amit Shah will not work in the State.
"The programme will not work in Karnataka. Mr Shah should first realise that Karnataka is not Uttar Pradesh and hence the point programme will not benefit that party and BJP will not come to power in the State," he claimed.
Speaking to reporters here before leaving to Madikeri, Mr Siddaramaiah clarified that he has no rift with Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) President Dr G Parameshwara.
Replying to a question, Mr Siddaramaiah said that he will recommend to the Union Government to bestow Bharat Ratna on Field Marshal General Cariappa. UNI
