Issue being resolved to facilitate execution of Ghiskud PMGSY road: Naeem Akhtar

                JAMMU, JANUARY 23: Minister for PWD (R&B), Naeem Akhtar   informed the Legislative Assembly that authorities are trying to resolve the issue of re-alignment of proposed road from National Highway to Ghiskud at Harigamiran in Ganderbal with the locals who have raised some objection on the same.

          While replying to a Question of Mian Altaf in Legislative Assembly, the Minister said that the department had mobilized its men and machinery at the site for starting the work, but due to strong demand of locals for realignment of the road, the work could not be taken up. He said and added that the work has been sanctioned under Phase-X of PMGSY and hoped that the matter would be resolved soon and work would be started accordingly.
