Mahant of Kapil Muni Ashram showers praises on Mamata

Kolkata, Jan 8: The mahant of Kapil Muni Ashram on Sagar Island has recently praised Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee profusely for the work she has done in the making of adequate arrangements for the people visiting Sagar Mela and for making Sagar Island a popular tourist destination all through the year.

He said she has done so much on her own initiative that there cannot be any more demands.
The Kapil Muni Ashram has been entirely renovated. The road from Kochuberia to Sagar Island is being four-laned. Tourist cottages with all facilities have been built on the island. Many other facilities are also being set up.
During the six-and-a-half years of the Trinamool Congress Government, Sagar Island has seen unprecedented development. UNI
