Mumbai, Jan 8: The benchmark index of Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Monday touched a life-time-high at 34,355.28 up by 201 point 43 points tracking positive global cues.
The Nifty of National Stocks Exchange (NSE) advanced by 57.60 points to 10,616.50.
The sensex registered intra day high and low at 34,367.22 and 34,216.33 respectvely.
The Nifty recorded intra day high and low at 10,621.85 and 10,588.55 respectively.
All sectoral indices were in green.
The gainers were Sun Pharma by 3.20 pc to Rs 597.25, Infosys by 1.77 pc to Rs 1030.05, Dr Reddy's Lab by 1.24 pc to Rs 2498.05 and ICICI Bank by 1.23 pc to Rs 316.48.
The losers were Bharti Airtel by 3.52 pc to Rs 521, Adani Ports by 0.66 pc to Rs 421.65 and Asian Paints by 0.43 pc to Rs 1178.70. UNI
