Patna, Mar19: Bihar Assembly Speaker adjourned the House till its post lunch sitting, within a few minutes the house assembled, as opposition members created ruckus demanding arrest of union ministers Giriraj Singh and Ashwini Kumar Chaubey for their inflammatory statements.
As the House assembled, CPI(ML) members tried to raise the issue of poor quality of maize seeds supplied to farmers in North Bihar as their crops did not yield even after completion of required period needed for the same. RJD members demanded arrest of union ministers Giriraj Singh and Ashwini Kumar Chaubey, for their alleged inflammatory statements, but Speaker Vijay Kumar Chaudhary started formalities to administer the oath to newly elected BJP MLA Rinki Rani Pandey.
Soon after Ms Pandey was administered oath in House, RJD members again started creating ruckus in the House and did not allow transaction of its scheduled business.They trooped into well raising anti government slogans which were hardly audible in the House. 
Parliamentary Affairs Minister Shrawan Kumar said that opposition members were least interested in the smooth functioning of the House. If opposition members returned to their seats, the
government was prepared to reply on the issue in the House.
The Speaker repeatedly requested the members to return to their House and restore order in the House for smooth transaction of its scheduled business.
Road Construction Minister Nand Kishore Yadav said that RJD members were creating noisy scene in the House to save their party men involved in murder of a person in Darbhanga. After victory of RJD candidate in by-poll for Araria Lok Sabha seat, anti national slogans were raised there, which could not be tolerated, he added. UNI
