Jammu, May 23: BJP Akhnoor conducted its district working committee meeting at Kameshwar Mandir, Akhnoor. BJP State Vice-President & Parbhari Akhnoor District Bharat Bhushan, State Secretary Sanjay Baru, MLA Khour Dr. Krishan, MLA Akhnoor Rajeev Sharma, District President Manmohan Singh, District Seh-Parbhari Pardhuman Singh, Suraj Singh, Suresh Sharma and others senior leaders attended and  addressed the meeting which was attended by all the BJP District Office Bearers, District Working Committee Members, Mandal Presidents, Morcha Presidents and senior leaders from Akhnoor.
Bharat Bhushan while interacting with the BJP leaders and activists asked them to work for the party as the ground level activist. He said that while working in the public BJP activists have moral duty to serve the people dedicatedly with no self interest.       
Sanjay Baru while addressing the meeting threw light on various organizational matters. He also aquainted the gathering with the forthcoming programmes of the party. He prompted the party activists to participate with their full might in the celebratory programmes with the aim of Vishesh Smapark Abhiyaan that have been planned by the party in connection with the successful completion of four years of Prime Minister Narendra Modi led Central government and ensuring that every government sponsored schems reaches the targeted population.
Rajeev Sharma threw light on various developmental programmes carried out by him as an MLA for the growth of the constituency and welfare of people.
Dr. Krishan also discussed about various central and state sponsored public welfare schemes for the general welfare of the masses.
Earlier Manmohan singh in his presidential address threw light on various organizational and developmental programmes carried out by BJP leaders and activists in AKhnoor district in last months.  
The stages proceedings were conducted by District General Secretary Pawan Gupta.
Anju Dogra and Kali Sharma were among the other prominent BJP activists present in the meeting.
