Jammu, May 14: BJP State
IT & Social Media Department led by its State Incharge Jaidev Rajwal
organized one day workshop to review the functioning of Cell across the state.
The workshop focussed on the promotion of continuous use of latest gadgetry for
reaching out to the public.
The meeting
attended by the participants from across the state was especially graced with
the presence of BJP State General Secretary (Org.) Ashok Kaul and State General
Secretaries Dr. Narinder Singh and Harinder Gupta.
Ashok Kaul
while addressing the meeting, focussed on the importance of Social Media on the
lives of youth. He stressed that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has always asked
for increasing the presence on the social media platform, which acts as a
prompt tool for having one to one interaction with the masses. He also asked
the participants to always follow the principles of the organization, while
they are on personal or party platform. He prompted them to take this mission
up to the booth level.
Dr.
Narinder Singh prompted all the participants to remain focussed on the goals
especially on current issues. He also said that the achievements of BJP should
be projected promptly on the platform so that every body is made aware of the
landmark and decisive steps taken by the present dispensation. He asked them to
make a thorough plan for this.
Harinder
Gupta threw light on the importance of social media in the political working of
modern India. He said that many times today the battles are fought and won on
the virtual media, so we must not lag behind anyone in the tool to be used at
its full potential. He also asked all to keep eye on and counter the negativity
and project positivity on the social media.
Jaidev Rajwal gave the thorough lecture on the ways to
effectively use the social media platform to project one’s views. He also
utilized the means of practical demonstration to cement the knowledge imparted
to the participants of the social media workshop. Social Media platforms like
You tube, MODI App, Whatsapp, FaceBook etc. etc. were focussed in the workshop.
