Asks VC to start classes for current session
POONCH MAY 02: District Development Commissioner Mohammad Aijaz Asad today visited the Jammu University Campus at Dingla and inspected the construction works being executed there on various blocks of the campus.
          The DDC was accompanied by Director University Campus,  Professor M A Malik, Executive Engineer PWD A S Andhi and officials of the Technical wing of Jammu University.
The DDC inspected the held up works on academic and residential blocks and girls hostels besides land development and fencing work. He took stock of bottlenecks in the smooth execution of various works in the campus and asked for removing the same. He asked the Director of the Campus to finish up the remaining work on the girls hostel so as to enable the campus administration start classes during current academic session.
Meanwhile, the DDC spoke to Prof R D Sharma Vice chancellor Jammu University and discussed in detail about the bottlenecks at the site and more infrastructural needs of the campus to initiate the class work.
