RAJOURI, MAY 25: District
Administration Rajouri, under its outreach campaign, has rolled out a schedule
for organising 25 mega contact programmes/field camps during June, 2018 to
provide services enlisted under Public Service Guarantee Act 2011 and resolve
public issues on the spot.
According to
circular issued by the Deputy Commissioner Dr Shahid Iqbal Choudhary, 5
camps would be held at Rajouri headquarter by ACR A Q Mir, 4 in Nowshera by ADC
Sachin Dev Singh, 4 in Sunderbani by ADC Gurmukh Singh and 4 in Koteranka by
ADC Shafiq Ahmad. Similarly, 4 camps would be held in Kalakote by ADC Khadim
Hussain and 4 in Thana Mandi by SDM Mohammad Afzal Mirza.
At headquarter
Rajouri, Camps will be held at Beji, Sasalkote, GhambirMuglan, Dhangri and GHS
Dodaj on June 02, 05, 07, 12 and 27 respectively, in Thana Mandi at Shahdara
Shareif, Khanyalkote, Bhattian and Neerojal on June 08, 19, 24 and 30
respectively and in Sunderbani at Kangri, Patrara, Siot and Thandapani on June
01,14,22 and 29 respectively.
Further
camps will be held at PWD Dak Bungalow Nowshera on June 07, at Panchayat
Ghar Qila Darhal on June 12, at Panchayat GharLamberi on June 19 and
Panchayat Ghar Bhawani on June 26 In Nowshera sub-division whereas in
Kalakote Camps will be organized at
Thana Hari Chumma on June 22, at Soom on June 26, at Bathera on June
29 and at BandigailiaTreru on June 30. Meanwhile camps shall be held
at headquarter Koteranka, Peeri, Khawas and Khah on June 07, 19, 26 and July
04 respectively.
Services pertaining
to different departments enlisted under Public Service Guarantee Act 2011 viz
PRC, Caste and Income Certificates, identity cards, attestation of mutation,
Revenue Extracts etc will be delivered to the public in these camps.
Meanwhile, the DC has also enjoined upon the district and sectoral
officers to aware the public about centrally sponsored schemes, flagship
programmes, Socio-economic programmes, pensions schemes, scholarships, labour
registration of workers, food safety and drug control inter alia other welfare
schemes of the government in these camps.
