Ambala, Jun 12: Three persons, including a head constable, were today killed in separate road accidents in Haryana, police said.
Two persons were killed when their motorcycle rammed into a roundabout near a civil hospital at Ambala Cantonment, they said.
The deceased were identified as Vipin Kumar (28), a resident of Babiyal, and Umang (26), a resident of Khudda village adjoining to the Ambala Cantt, they said.
They were on their way to Maheshnaga, police said.
When the two of them were crossing near the civil hospital, their vehicle rammed into the roundabout, police said.
Kumar was running a shop at the Ambala Cantt and Umang was working in a private firm, they said.
Meanwhile, in another road incident, a head constable was killed on the Raipurrani Road near Naraingarh after his car collided with a tractor-trolley, police said.
The deceased was identified as Surjeet Singh.
The driver of the tractor-trolley managed to flee after the accident, police said, adding that a case has been registered against unknown driver in this regard. (PTI)
