BJP will win all seats of Zanskar: Kaul

Jammu, July 20: BJP Jammu & Kashmir State General Secretary (Org.) Ashok Kaul during his 2 days tour of far flung areas of Kargil District along with local BJP leaders and prominent citizens conducted series of party workers’ meetings and addressed a public meeting at Padum, the administrative centre in Zanskar Mandal of Kargil District.

During his meetings, Ashok Kaul claimed that BJP will all seats of Zanskar in upcoming Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council (LAHDC), while he focussed on the preparation of party workers in ongoing campaign of LAHDC elections in Kargil District as well as Parliamentary elections in the Nation.

Ashok Kaul addressed a public meeting at Padum, which was attended by a large gathering of locals from all the three constituencies of LAHDC including big ratio of women. He focussed on various landmark decisions taken by Prime Minister Narendra Modi led Government at the Centre for facilitating development of Zanskar Valley. He also said that the area has large tourism potential, which needs to be further promoted thus bringing the better job and employment opportunities as well as development of the area. He asked them to vote and support BJP for promoting development. The gathering also responded with enthusiasm that they will vote enmass for BJP in the coming elections ensuring all the seats in BJP’s kitty.

Ashok Kaul while addressing the meetings of party workers from all three constituencies, stressed on the strengthening of organizational structure at the ground level. He asked the party workers to undertake a public awareness campaign about the various welfare schemes initiated by the Centre Government. He took stock of preparation at Booth level and prompted them to further strengthen booth structure in the region. He facilitated the formation of committees comprising of 5 Mandal working committee members each who are given the responsibility of ensuring strong structure at booth level for ensuring the win in coming elections. He also asked them to meet and seek blessings of various prominent social organizations, Lamas and other prominent persons in the area, while familiarizing them with the initiatives taken by BJP government for the welfare of the region.
